Gift Voucher may be purchased and used as payment tender on www.carrigtwohillpharmacy.ie When you purchase a Gift Voucher online, this will be sent in the post to the delivery address you have provided. There is a limit of one gift voucher that can be redeemed in any one transaction. If your gift voucher is for an amount above your order total, the amount due back to you will be sent as a Gift Voucher in the post to the delivery address you have provided. Once a Gift Voucher has been redeemed online, it should be destroyed as it is no longer valid and will not be accepted online or in store.

The following terms and conditions apply to the Ask the Pharmacist Service at Carrigtwohill Pharmacy and are in addition to and supplemental to our general website terms and conditions.
● You do not have to register to avail of the service.
● We do request that you provide full, accurate and comprehensive information to allow us to provide you with the most useful advice possible.
● We will only respond to a customer’s personal queries and will not respond to queries on behalf of someone else. One exception is parents with queries in relation to their children under 18 years of age.
● A Carrigtwohill Pharmacy Pharmacist will respond to your query within 3 working days, some delays may be experienced especially if the query requires additional research or due to a high volume of queries.
● When insufficient information is provided we will advise you to visit Carrigtwohill Pharmacy for a full consultation.
